1) Create a well-branded cover photo: This is the first thing your visitors will see. Make it memorable! People should be able to recognize what you do from the message your photo is giving.
2) Tell us ABOUT your brand: The “About” section of Timeline is the opportunity to give a description of your brand. Think of a brief but effective description and include a link to your blog or website.
3) Milestone: This is a very clever feature. This feature allows you to enter events with dates that relate to your business. It’s an opportunity to showcase your business’s history. You may want to create a milestone of the day your business started, when a new product launched or maybe even when you reached a certain number of “likes”. Showcase milestones that are interesting and tell your story.

Great tips! I just realized that we really aren’t using the timeline function very well. I love the idea of uploading business milestones and using them to highlight some of the cool stuff we’ve done over the years.
